Open Market, Frankfurt, Ticker: 4MS; BX Berne eXchange: MSA; www.super-angel.ch) hat die
Durchführung ihrer Barkapitalerhöhung mit Bezugsrecht in Höhe von 34.400.625 auf den
Inhaber lautenden Stammaktien mit einer hohen Partizipation der Altaktionäre erfolgreich
abgeschlossen.
Bei einem Bezugspreis von CHF 0,16 je neuer Aktie fliessen der Gesellschaft brutto über CHF 5,5 Mio. zu. Voraussichtlich ab Juni 2010 werden die neuen Aktien in der Notierung der alten Aktien unter der ISIN CH0033050961 einbezogen.
