Flight schedule during runway renovation works: April 15 – May 20, 2026 After decades of operation, renovation of EuroAirport’s main runway 15/33 is necessary to maintain operational safety. The construction work requires a complete closure of the runway from April 15 to May 20, 2026.
During this period, the secondary runway 07/25 will remain in operation, allowing limited flight operations to continue. The flight schedule for passenger flights during the renovation period lists all flights planned for this timeframe.
Self check-in machines (Self Bag Drop) Since mid-February 2026, EuroAirport has been gradually introducing self check-in machines and corresponding self-service baggage drop facilities (Self Bag Drop) for certain airlines.
At the same time, Hall 3 is temporarily closed due to modernization measures – including the installation of new check-in machines. From the end of March 2026, all four check-in halls will be fully operational again.
The aim of this modernization is to make the check-in process more autonomous and efficient, as well as to improve passenger comfort.
