Orange Young includes over 20 million songs on your mobile from Spotify, at no extra cost

January 22, 2013, Orange is re-launching its Orange Young deals. The new offers include not only unlimited calls, unlimited texts and substantial surf bundles, but also – new, exclusive and at no extra cost – the chance to enjoy unlimited music with the leading music streaming service Spotify. With over 20 million active users worldwide, and a catalogue of more than 20 million tracks,Spotify is the world’s largest and most popular on-demand music streaming service. The new Orange Young deals are available to all those aged under 27 from all Orange sales points as well as the Orange Online Shop from 21 January 2013.
“Spotify is the perfect addition to our Orange Young deals. This means anyone under the age of 27 can enjoy both a subscription tailored to their needs and their own personalised music selection – and this without any limits. Orange Young now not only provides mobile communications to cater for all needs, it offers music as well,” enthused Orange VP Consumer Matthias Hilpert.
“The way in which we experience music is just as individual as we are. Now Orange is also offering this individuality to young people with its range of deals including Spotify,” says Stefan Zilch, Spotify CEO in Switzerland. “We are delighted to be able to expand the Orange Young deal with our music streaming service as well as offer an exclusive tariff.”
Over 20 million songs to choose from, share music with friends and follow your favourite artists
Whether on the PC, Mac, smartphone or simply via the Web, the Spotify Premium service included in the Orange Young offers allows customers to access their favourite music, playlists and a music library containing over 20 million songs for one year at no extra charge. Thanks to Spotify’s comprehensive integration in social networks, users can share music with their Facebook friends at any time,check out the musical tastes of bands and artists, and follow playlists set up by celebrities, music experts and trendsetters.
Spotify Premium as an option with Orange Me
Orange is also offering Spotify Premium as an option for all its Orange Me customers. For only CHF 12.95 a month, which will be simply charged to their monthly bill, any Orange Me customer can subscribe to a Spotify Premium account, this without consuming data from the surf bundle included.
And, regardless of the Orange Me or Orange Young offer, the customer chooses. Orange always offers all customers who want to surf with their mobile phone the fastest available mobile Internet connection.
