Datacolor: New Chief Financial Officer

September 24, 2009, Mark Leuchtmann (1972) has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer of Datacolor AG effective December 1, 2009. He will be joining Datacolor on October 1, 2009 and replaces present CFO Stefan Dobler as of end-November 2009 upon the latter's departure from the company.
Mark Leuchtmann holds a diploma as certified accountant. He graduated in economics from the University of Fribourg, majoring in financial and corporate management, and has a doctorate from the Technical University of Munich. Prior to his move to Datacolor, he held management positions within the financial divisions of various companies.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Stefan Dobler for his fruitful commitment, in particular while conducting the disposal of Eichhof Beverages as well as during the sale of Eichhof Real Estate, and wishes him the very best.
