Crealogix Holding Ltd.: New CFO at Crealogix

August 07, 2013, After a short induction period, Rolf Lichtin will be taking over as Chief Financial Officer at CREALOGIX Holding AG on 1 September 2013. He will also become a new member of the Executive Management. He will replace Jean-Claude Philipona, a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman who has been performing the tasks of CFO on an interim basis since May.
Rolf Lichtin studied business management at St. Gallen University and has many years of experience in finance and human resources in the IT sector. After graduating, he held various managerial positions with Siemens Schweiz AG for 19 years. These included the post of Commercial Head of Development & Production, of the Division Engineering & Innovative Products and also in the IT Division. Rolf Lichtin went on to become CFO of Siemens IT Solutions and Services AG and Atos IT Solutions and Services AG for three years before taking up the same duties at Trivadis Holding AG.
