Adjusted for the now completely discontinued activities in the ERP business area, during the past business year the CREALOGIX Group achieved encouraging growth of 6 percent in its preferred target markets, European financial institutions, in spite of the difficult market conditions. The Group also generated significantly more than 50 percent of its sales through products for the first time, marking its transition from a pure service provider to a software company serving the financial sector. Moreover, the past year has seen CREALOGIX establish itself as a provider of e-banking solutions in Germany. CREALOGIX generated 20 percent of its operating revenue outside Switzerland in the 2011/2012 business year.
CREALOGIX has charged all the development costs for its new “Bank 2.0” online and mobile banking products to the current accounting period.
At CHF 49.5 million, the operating revenue of the CREALOGIX Group fell around 6 percent below the previous year’s figure of CHF 52.8 million. Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to CHF 4.2 million (previous year: CHF 5.1 million) and net profit came to CHF 3.2 million (previous year: CHF 4.7 million).
CREALOGIX will publish its full annual results and the Annual Report on 28 September 2012 to coincide with the annual accounts press conference.
