Company Receives Extension for Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule

October 07, 2014, Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced that it will release preliminary unreviewed quarterly financial results on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014 at 04:00 Central European Summer Time. Due to an ongoing Audit Committee investigation, and because the Company has not yet filed its 10-K for Fiscal Year 2014 and 10-Q for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2015, these second quarter financial results will be presented as preliminary.
There will be a teleconference to discuss these results on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time and 14:30 Central European Summer Time. A live webcast of the call will be available on the Logitech corporate website at http://ir.logitech.com.
Separately, the Company has been granted an exception by Nasdaq, extending the deadline to Nov. 26, 2014 for complying with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) by filing its 10-K, and 10-Q for Q1. The exception was granted by Nasdaq based on a compliance plan submitted by Logitech.
